This team utilizes their gifts of administration and technology to make sure all guests who come in contact with The Bridge Church are shown the next steps to connect with the church.
B-Team
The B.Team (Bridge Team) is a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Hosts Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Connect Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
B. KIDS TEAM
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.

CONNECT GROUP HOST
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Connect Group Host, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.
WELCOME TEAM
This friendly team (ushers, greeters, parking) loves people and makes them feel at home here at The Bridge Church. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement, and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
PRODUCTION TEAM
Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting, and other visual elements.
CREATIVE TEAM
This team of people captures and communicates the Gospel and different elements of The Bridge through social media, website management, graphic design, and video.
EVENTS TEAM
This team serves by ensuring that the many life-giving events of the church are done in an excellent and exciting way.
WORSHIP TEAM
Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
ONLINE TEAM
This team welcomes and interacts with people during our online worship experience. They also provide support and prayer during the online experience.
PRAYER TEAM
This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend experiences in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
B.YOU TEAM
This team helps to contribute to the spiritual growth of youth in grades 6th – 12th in a fun, relevant, and impactful way.

PARKING TEAM
This exciting team helps to ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming presence outside as people pull onto the premises of The Bridge for various worship experiences.
OUTREACH TEAM
This team is involved in contributing to the outreach efforts that focus on being the hands and feet of Jesus by meeting both the physical and spiritual needs in our community.
GROTHTRACK HOST
This team helps people to take their next steps in getting connected to The Bridge through the Growth Track.
GROUNDS TEAM
This team helps with ensuring that the environment of the church facilities is of great quality, stewarded well, and secure.
