Serve Day is one of our favorite days of the year at The Bridge Church. Once a year, our entire church family takes a Saturday to step outside the walls of the church and serve our community in practical ways across the 757.

We believe the church should be known for how it loves and serves its neighbors, and Serve Day is a powerful expression of that mission.

What Is Serve Day?

Serve Day is a one-day, church-wide outreach where hundreds of people come together to serve throughout the community. Instead of gathering for typical activities, we mobilize teams to complete projects that meet real needs and bless people across Hampton Roads.

For the 757

At The Bridge Church, we often say we are for the 757. That means we want to see the people and communities of Hampton Roads thrive. Serve Day is one of the ways we live that out—by showing up, rolling up our sleeves, and serving our neighbors with generosity and joy.

Whether it’s helping a local organization, caring for a neighborhood space, or simply offering a free car wash and a smile, every act of service is an opportunity to reflect the love of Jesus in our community.

Get Involved

Serve Day is open to everyone—individuals, families, students, and small groups. There are a variety of projects available so anyone can participate and make a difference.

When you sign up, you’ll be able to choose the project that best fits you.
