God's Got You
We wrapped up our “Anchored” series this Sunday with a hope-filled message from Jude 1:24–25 titled “God’s Got You.” After weeks of encouraging us to hold our ground, keep our guard up, and stay locked in, Pastor Edwin closed the series by reminding us of one life-changing truth: our security is ultimately found in God, not ourselves.
Jude wrote to believers facing false teaching, spiritual opposition, and growing discouragement. Yet instead of ending his letter focused on the problems, he ended by pointing everyone's attention to the greatness of God.
💬 “When life feels shaky, our faith is anchored in the reality of who God is.”
Many of us know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by life's battles—whether in our health, relationships, finances, or minds. But Jude's closing words remind us that no matter what we're facing, God hasn't let go of us.
From this powerful doxology, we were reminded of two incredible truths:
🔥 God Is Able
Jude declares that God is able to keep us from stumbling and present us blameless before His presence with great joy. He is powerful enough to protect us, sustain us through every trial, and cleanse us completely through the finished work of Jesus.
💬 “Jesus' blood is greater than our sin.”
🔥 God Is Faithful
The God who has always been faithful will continue to be faithful. His character never changes, and His promises never fail. The same God who kept Noah, Daniel, Paul, and countless others is still keeping His people today.
“Knowing that God is able tells me He can do it. Knowing that God is faithful tells me He will do it.”
The message closed by reminding us that Jude begins his letter talking about believers being kept by God and ends by praising the God who keeps them. Our confidence isn't found in our ability to hold tightly to Him—but in His unfailing grip on us.

As we concluded the Anchored series, we were encouraged to leave with confidence, worship, and unwavering trust, knowing that whatever comes our way, God's got us.
